Chemical Composition：
YLSCH-RBB® Rubber Vulcanizator DTDM-80 is a mixture of 80% 4,4-dithiodimorpholine and 20% EPDM/EVA/SBR binder.
Applications：
YLSCH-RBB®DTDM-80,It is an efficient sulfur donor for promoting good heat aging and compression set resistant formulas. This masterbatch offers a rapid cure rate with a long scorch safety. It is activated when used with thiocarbamates, thiurams and thiazole type accelerator. It is a non-staining, non-discoloring, non-blooming and easy to disperse in masterbatch grades. In YLSCH-RBB® DTDM-80/EPR/P polymer-bound dispersions are used to upgrade plant safety, quality and raw material control. It eliminates irritating dust and other potential hazards in handling powder in plants when encapsulated with chemical dispersion. It shows better uniformity of the mix at lowering processing temperature. Recommended dosage in natural rubber is 1-2 phr and synthetic polymer is 1 phr.
